So It's March, and we aren't very good at keeping this updated. So many things have happened since our last update, and yet so many things haven't happened. Sometimes we don't feel like a lot is going on, but in reality there is! So if that didn't make sense, I'm not sure what would!
In all seriousness, we have been great. Hunter has been super busy teaching in community worship, at Blast (a retreat for 5&6 grade), in Hwy34, soon in our college service and this week at Mission XNA. We have also been leading a Discovery group (Fellowship's class that provides information about how Fellowship runs and offers its members a chance to become Fellowship members). We have absolutely loved this group and have made some amazing people that we are so blessed to call friends!
I had the chance to go to Florida wth my mom for her Disney half marathon. It was a lot of fun and well needed mother-daughter time. It's weird to think that I haven't really spent time alone with my mom since before my sister was born. 1993. I mean I'm sure we've spent time together with just the two of us since then, but not for an extended amount of time. It was a wonderful break and mini vacation.
I've also gotten into running since going to Disney with my mom. I invested in some running shoes (Pearl Izumis) and have been trying to run everyday. Except last week. It was winter all over again, and with the time change, running just wasn't going to happen. But I'm back to running. I haven't really had the urge to run a half marathon, or a marathon for that matter, but I just enjoy running for the exercise and relaxation - well the relaxation that comes from releiving stress and falling asleep fast.
We've attached some pictures to add a visual aid for all you visual learners (I have no pictures from Disney because my phone camera is terrible so we took them with mom's phone):
